Shipping policy

Processing time:
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays) processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping methods & delivery estimates
- Standard Shipping (ground): 3–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping (2‑3 day): 2–3 business days after processing.
- Overnight Shipping (next business day): 1 business day after processing (order cutoff applies).
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days after processing (customs and local carrier delays may extend delivery).
Shipping rates
- Calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Free standard shipping for orders over $50.
Order cutoffs & same-day shipping
- Orders placed before [time, e.g., 2:00 PM local time] on business days may ship the same day; orders after the cutoff ship next business day.
- Same-day shipping available only for in‑stock items and select shipping methods.
Order tracking
- Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
- You can also view tracking in your account order history (if applicable).
Shipping address accuracy
- Please ensure shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees apply for re-shipment.
Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
- These fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
- If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
- Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos; we will work with the carrier to resolve or replace the item.

Shipping restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers or certain item types (e.g., hazardous materials). Any restrictions will be indicated at checkout.
- Some products may have shipping exclusions by region.
